Dishing the dirt: Go easy on the sauces says celebrity chef

CELEBRITY chef Antony Worrall Thompson had some sage advice for Irish foodies at last weekend's Taste of Dublin festival — stop smothering your food with sauces.

AWT designs deckchair

This summer, The Royal Parks Foundation, the charity for London’s eight Royal Parks, celebrates a new collection of Deckchair Dreams.
The project highlights the amazing trees and wildlife of The Royal Parks through the creative vision of 25 celebrity artists, who have each designed a deckchair canvas - to be reproduced for everyone to sit on and enjoy across the Royal Parks between June and October
Antony’s deckchair design was inspired by his mother -
“A childhood memory, a phrase from my mother every time I wanted something I saw in the shops…it applies even more today.”
